Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied, here’s how returns work. Due to the nature of our products, specific conditions apply for returns and refunds to ensure hygiene and safety.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. However, due to health protection and hygiene reasons, this right only applies if the perfume remains sealed, unopened, and in its original plastic wrap (cellophane).

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging (including intact cellophane/seal).
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: If the protective seal or cellophane has been broken, we cannot accept the return or offer a refund due to hygiene regulations.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your perfume bottle arrives damaged (e.g., leaking or a broken spray mechanism), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging.
  • In the case of a verified defect, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as perfumes are considered fragile and we cannot process a refund if the item is lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Rejected: If the item is found to be opened or used, it will be sent back to you at your expense, or disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
